West Carroll Hosts Frederick - Sean Henn Memorial Cup Game
This Sunday @ Noon!! West Carroll boys play Frederick in the Sean Henn Memorial Cup game!!
Sean started playing for the Marauders in the summer youth league and was on the inaugural boys’ high school tackle team, of which he was captain during his senior year. He traveled with the team on two occasions to England, Ireland, and Wales. His sisters, Nicole and Becky, also played for the Marauders, with Becky going on to play for Penn State. After graduation Sean continued his own rugby career by joining the Frederick Men’s Rugby Club. In December 2008 Sean tragically passed away at age 21 in a work-related accident. Since 2010, West Carroll and Frederick have honored his memory with the annual Sean Henn Memorial Cup game.
