| Club History |
| The West Carroll Marauders Rugby Club began in 1995 when a group of retired and current players acted on their dream of starting a youth rugby program in the Westminster area. The team colors are Kelly Green and Gold. The colors are derived from the first two coaches, Jamie Billingslee and Mike Gallagher. Jamie played at Frostburg State College, the "Gold" and Mike played at Chesapeake, the "Kelly Green". Because of these two men, Carroll County's first organized rugby was started in 1980. |
